- Ensure all fixtures discharge into the new sewer point provided by YVW
- Any existing non-compliant drains will be brought to standard or given exemption by the Victoria Building
- Authority after making a Modification Application
- If we agree, we can re-instate all affected areas of your property including new topsoil and grass seedlings, pavers, concrete and retaining walls.
- If we agree, we can engage in directional boring to eliminate destructive works
- Removal of all rubbish from site
- Provide you with a Certificate of Compliance
- Provide a new property sewerage plan to Yarra Valley Water
